Chicago Chapter of AORN

Founded in 1962, the Chicago Chapter is comprised of approximately 300 Operating Room nurses, nursing students, retired nurses, as well as some industry representatives who belong to the chapter as Affiliate members. We are committed to the absolute best surgical patient care possible.

The Chicago Chapter of AORN mission is to promote safety and optimal outcomes for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures by providing practice support and professional development opportunities to perioperative nurses.
